Konstantinos Plachouras is a qualified Electrical and Computer Engineer from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has worked for over 10 years in the private sector as an IT and for at least another 10 years as an IT staff in the network center of the former TEI of Epirus. Since May 2017 he is a Specialized Technical and Laboratory Staff member at the Department of Speech and Language Therapy, School of Health Sciences, University of Ioannina (Greece).
