Ziavra Nafsika

Professor - Head of the Departhment, Deputy Dean of School of Health Sciences

Nafsika Ziavra graduated from Medical School of University of Ioannina and completed her Medical Specialty of Otorhinolaryngology -Head and Neck Surgery at the University Hospital of Ioannina. In 2001, she completed her PhD in the Medical School, University of Ioannina. 

From 2001 to 2003 she worked as Clinical Research Fellow ( with MRC research grant) in the Academic Department of Neuro-Otology, Division of Neuroscience and Psychological Medicine, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Charing Cross Hospital, London, UK.

From 2004 till now she is faculty member of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy at the University of Ioannina.
